Few global conglomerates started out as small and have developed as rapidly as DAMAC Holding. It was founded in 1982 as a catering company and today, its services range from property development to catering, industrial production, investments, logistics, trading and education. DAMAC Holding has more than 6,000 employees in 18 countries. The holding company is one of the largest companies in the UAE.

DAMAC Properties is the largest private property developer in Dubai with 21 major real estate projects already under way and many more being planned. With award-winning architecture, accomplished design and the most modern facilities, DAMAC is setting international standards with all its properties, with which it is represented in virtually all development areas in Dubai. In addition to the UAE, it has sales offices in Great Britain, Russia and Iran. DAMAC currently has investments of 5.5 billion Dollars in 52 major projects, 4 billion Dollars of which are allotted solely to 37 projects in Dubai. With further projects in the pipeline, the investment volume will increase to 25.5 billion Dollars in the next three years.
