The Sesam DAMAC Services is a platform enabling German realtors to advise their clients internationally and professionally on the subject of DAMAC properties and to conveniently expand their service and their business model to include the UAE. The services are rendered by Sesam Business Consultants.

The objective is to enable realtor offices of whichever size to successfully offer their clientele an exclusively selected range of properties in Dubai.

With regard to the German market, DAMAC Properties is choosing to go via realtors to emphasize the realtors' significance in relation to the end customers. The realtors are hereby given the opportunity to participate in this partnership model, which is already being used with success for all sides by DAMAC in various other foreign markets.

The concept ensures that the customer protection of the realtors is secured and that the contract for provision is concluded directly between them and the developer, DAMAC Properties.

The service ranges from the provision of information material to property and contract analyses, the support of interested parties in the UAE during project inspections and purchase transactions.

The online portal, via which the inquiries are managed, is at the Centre. Realtors benefit from this service as it supplies them with any information required by their clients and provides them with a professional partner office in the UAE. The Sesam Service Centre is free of charge until the successful conclusion of the purchase and will not be invoiced to the realtor until he has received his DAMAC provision.
