Boris Ritter studied Applied World Business Studies and Arabic at the University of Applied Sciences in Bremen/Germany.
Prior to his commitment with Sesam Boris worked in marketing and customer service in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, among others for the German Chamber of Commerce in Riyadh.
He has been heading Sesam’s activities since its inception in 1999 and has grown the company from a one-man-enterprise to a successful corporation with four business divisions, two offices and fifteen employees.

Philipp von Zitzewitz studied Business Administration and International Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Bremen/Germany.
Before joining Sesam in 2006, he gained valuable knowledge about the region by working for a German freight forwarder in Egypt and the Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing of the Government of Dubai in Frankfurt/Germany.
Philipp is the head of Sesam’s conference division and oversees the conceptualization and execution of our successful B2B Green Building conferences and workshops. Furthermore he takes care of our local and international clients with Corporate Immigration Services.

Gabi Simons

Gabi Simons graduated from Heidelberg Hotel Business School (Germany) in 1979, with a degree in Business Administration. In her professional experience she specialized in accounting and controlling and held positions in Germany, the USA and UAE. Gabi is co-organizer of the German Speaking Ladies Group Abu Dhabi.
Gabi joined Sesam in 2004 and is office manager of our Abu Dhabi office. She takes care of our Abu Dhabi clients with accounting and corporate immigration services and looks after the operational side of our B2B conferences.

Linda Zollondz

Linda Zollondz completed an apprenticeship in banking and finance at the German Federal Bank before studying Business Administration and Middle Eastern studies and the University of Applied Sciences in Bremen/Germany.
Before joining Sesam in 2008 she gained Middle Eastern work experience in Egypt and Tunisia.
Linda is responsible for our market research projects, for individual as well as institutional clients. She also takes care of the small and large trade delegations we support to discover the business opportunities of the Gulf.

Dr. Ilka Emig

Dr. Ilka Emig specialized in halophytes (salt plants) and gained her PhD in biology in 1999 from Darmstadt University of Technology/Germany and Oklahoma State University/USA.
Ilka joined Sesam as a freelance consultant in 2001 supporting our environment-related projects in the Gulf region, especially the B2B Green Building conferences and workshops. As a freelance consultant she is responsible for their content-related design.

Florabel Bautista

Florabel Bautista holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the Lyceum University/Philippines.
Before joining Sesam in 2008 she gained work experience in HR, client services, hospitality and documentation in the Philippines and the UAE.
Florabel is the interface between our international outsourcing clients and the immigration officers (or PRO's) and coordinates all administrative matters.
Florabel researches the databases and background information to our projects and thus supports all Sesam divisions.

Indira Parameswaran

Indira Parameswaran graduated in Commerce at Mahatma Gandhi University/India and joined the Chartered Accountancy Course with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She completed the C A Articleship in a leading Audit firm in Kerala in 1992 where she had exposure to accounting, auditing and tax matters of various companies, charitable and financial institutions. She has worked in India and the UAE as a Senior Audit Assistant and Accountant handling complete accounts of Companies independently.
Indira joined Sesam in 2008 and is heading our Accounting section. She takes care of the accounting needs of our outsourcing clients including day-to-day accounting as well as preparation of audit reports.

Kiran Makhiji

Kiran Makhiji gained a degree in Commerce in India. She accumulated her previous work experience in day-to-day accounting in leading firms in India and the UAE.
Since joining Sesam in 2006 Kiran is responsible for the accounting needs of our partner, the legal consultancy Meyer-Reumann & Partner.

Abdul Nazer

Abdul Nazer has been working as a Public Relation Officer in the UAE since 1990 and gathered in-depth knowledge and a wide contact network with regards to immigration and licensing matters in the country.
He joined Sesam in 2006 and is assisting our outsourcing clients with corporate immigration services. Visas, licenses and administrative procedures are in safe hands with Nazer.

Abdul Kader

Abdul Kader has been working in the UAE for more than 20 years and gained a lot of experience as a Public Relation Officer as well as other customer related fields.
He joined Sesam in 1999 as a Public Relation Officer. Kader is taking care of the PRO needs of or partner Meyer-Reumann & Partner and of our clients.

Maheen Basheer

Maheen has gained work experience and a thorough knowledge of the roads of Dubai and the other Emirates through his previous occupations as a delivery driver.
Maheen joined Sesam in 2009 in the outsourcing division. He is assisting our experienced PROs in their day-to-day work and is taking special care of deliveries of documents to authorities and clients.
